Canadian digital asset custodian Balance establishes a special purpose trust subsidiary and invests 10 million USD
ChainCatcher news, according to Crowdfund Insider, Canadian digital asset custodian Balance has established Balance Trust Company this week under the Loan and Trust Corporations Act of Alberta, Canada, as a special purpose trust.
It is reported that the trust is associated with the patent certificate issued by the Alberta Treasury Board and Finance (ATBF), and Balance has committed to providing $10 million in regulatory capital to this new wholly-owned subsidiary to become a qualified custodian in Canada and the United States.
