According to the weekly schedule released by House Majority Leader Scalise, the rule is currently on the House's "legislation that may be considered" list. Voting to override or uphold the presidential veto is a constitutional obligation of the House, so a vote must take place again. The vote may occur on Tuesday or Wednesday.
