ChainCatcher news, global investment bank JPMorgan has released a report titled "The Application of Programmability in Commercial Banking and Payments," which states that JPM Coin has seamlessly processed billions of dollars in transactions with Ant International.

JPM Coin is developed using a mix of blockchain and non-blockchain elements, collectively referred to as the JPM Coin platform. The blockchain component is based on Quorum, an EVM-compatible blockchain platform that adheres to the enterprise Ethereum standards maintained by the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance. JPMorgan's programmable payment capabilities allow clients to define programmable instructions on the JPM Coin platform. These instructions can include a set of automated event triggers, conditions, and actions.

It is reported that Ant International is a leading global digital payment and financial technology provider, and is the international branch of Ant Group, the owner and operator of Alipay. Ant International collaborates with over 70 financial institutions worldwide to provide online payment channels for 1.2 billion buyers and 2 million sellers across more than 200 countries, serving major global merchants and all Alibaba-related companies.
