Some users have reported that they are unable to exchange assets and perform cross-chain operations in the Coinbase wallet

ChainCatcher message, some community users reported issues with the Coinbase wallet. After purchasing the presale, they are unable to convert V1 to V2, cannot perform cross-chain operations on the Coinbase wallet, cannot exchange any assets, and cannot connect to MetaMask and Trust Wallet.

In response, Coinbase Support stated that they are aware of the issues encountered during wallet conversion and connecting to other wallets, and they provided documentation with detailed steps to resolve the issues. Additionally, Coinbase requested users to provide error messages and the steps taken so far to help Coinbase diagnose the problem and provide a more accurate solution.
