Internet celebrity Logan Paul sues Coffeezilla for defamation over CryptoZoo-related reports

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, American internet celebrity Logan Paul (commonly known as "the Fork Guy" or "the American Potion Guy") has filed a defamation lawsuit against YouTuber Stephen Findeisen (more widely known as Coffeezilla) due to Findeisen's series of videos about Paul's failed NFT game CryptoZoo.

On June 27, Paul filed the lawsuit in a San Antonio district court, accusing Findeisen of "maliciously and repeatedly" making false statements, alleging that Paul committed fraud in CryptoZoo.

Court documents state that Findeisen "continued to spread this false narrative, knowing it to be completely untrue, in order to enhance his own notoriety and, in the process, increase his audience and revenue."
