ZKsync launches "Elastic Chain" architecture in its ZKsync 3.0 roadmap

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, ZKsync has launched an "elastic chain" architecture as part of the ZKsync 3.0 roadmap. This upgrade will transform ZKsync from a single zero-knowledge (ZK) Rollup chain into a network of multiple interoperable ZK chains, aimed at enhancing connectivity through improved cross-chain interoperability and a unified user experience. The project plans to run over 20 chains on the mainnet by the end of 2024, developed using the ZK Stack software package to simplify users' multi-chain operational experience.
