Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: If elected President of the United States, he will release the founder of the Silk Road platform
ChainCatcher news, according to Bitcoin.com, U.S. presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently expressed strong support for Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht in a post on X.
Kennedy believes that Ulbricht's life sentence for creating the e-commerce platform Silk Road is excessively harsh. If elected president, he would pardon Ulbricht. Additionally, Kennedy announced his intention to sign a petition calling for Ulbricht's release and urged others to join the initiative.
Recently, former U.S. President and presidential candidate Donald Trump also promised to release Ross Ulbricht.
