Rapper 50 Cent's Twitter account was hacked, posting the meme coin GUNIT and rug-pulling to scam $300 million
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, famous rapper Curtis James Jackson III, known as "50 Cent," claims that his X account and website have been hacked. The hackers used his account to promote the meme token GUNIT and conducted a sell-off, scamming $300 million from victims.
It is reported that the hackers leveraged 50 Cent's large following (approximately 12.9 million fans) to attract more investors and inflate the price, then executed a rug pull.
