The government stated in a declaration that, in light of global trends and best practices, Zimbabwe is working to assess and understand the full scope of cryptocurrencies, and is inviting all cryptocurrency service providers serving Zimbabwean customers, whether operating domestically or internationally, to provide suggestions and feedback. To this end, the government has established a committee responsible for consulting with operators in the virtual asset ecosystem and hopes to receive feedback by June 26.
