Uniswap Labs hires former Coinbase executive as Chief Legal Officer
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Uniswap Labs has hired former Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Katherine Minarik as Chief Legal Officer. Just two months before her appointment, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) indicated that it might take legal action against Uniswap Labs for allegedly violating federal securities laws. Minarik previously worked at Coinbase for four years, most recently serving as Vice President of Legal and Deputy General Counsel. She will succeed former Uniswap Labs Chief Legal Officer Marvin Ammori. Ammori stated on Monday that he plans to transition to part-time work in November.
