0G releases its testnet V2 version

ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, the modular AI blockchain 0G has released its testnet V2 version, marking an important step in its mission to make AI services a public good. V2 introduces a range of new features, stability fixes, and security enhancements, driving the first iteration of the 0G testnet.

It is reported that Testnet Newton v2 is a proof-of-stake chain based on Cosmos, offering greater scalability and interoperability. It introduces new data availability services and committee modules to maintain high performance and reliability. These modules ensure that data is always accessible, significantly improving the network's efficiency and functionality.

According to the Web3 asset data platform RootData, 0G Labs announced the completion of a $35 million Pre-Seed round of financing in March this year, led by Hack VC.
