The founder of io.net has resigned as CEO and will donate 1 million IO tokens to promote the development of the ecosystem
ChainCatcher news, io.net founder and CEO Ahmad Shadid announced on social media that he has resigned as CEO of io.net, effective immediately.
Ahmad Shadid stated: "io.net has grown to become one of the fastest-growing decentralized AI companies in the world. After careful consideration, I have decided to pass the CEO position to Tory Green of io.net, which is the best choice for the community and the project. Despite some allegations regarding my past, I want to emphasize that my resignation as CEO is to allow io.net to move forward without interference and to focus on its growth and success.
I am deeply grateful for the support and dedication of our team, partners, and community, and I thank everyone for making io.net what it is today. As a token of appreciation, I will donate 1 million personally held IO tokens to the io.net GPU Internet Foundation to help the development of the ecosystem."
