The proposal is called the "Game Catalyst Program (GCP)" and was passed with a 76% approval rate among over 15,000 participating addresses. The program allocates 160 million ARB to attract game developers, 40 million ARB for infrastructure development. The remaining 25 million ARB will be used for marketing, legal compliance, and operational costs. These funds will be distributed over three years.
