The Human Rights Foundation grants 10 BTC to global projects promoting the development of Bitcoin
ChainCatcher news, the Human Rights Foundation (HRF) announced at the Oslo Freedom Forum a grant of 10 BTC to global projects promoting Bitcoin, currently valued at $704,740 at the time of writing, which will be used for 13 different projects worldwide. According to the press release, these funds will be used to promote education for people under authoritarian regimes, privacy and Lightning Network development, decentralized communication, and to provide more accessible financial freedom tools for non-profit organizations and human rights groups.
