The London Court of Appeal held a hearing on the lawsuit against 6 exchanges for delisting BSV
ChainCatcher news, the London Court of Appeal held a hearing regarding the lawsuit against several exchanges for delisting BSV. BSV Claims Ltd is demanding $9 billion in compensation from the six defendants for BSV holders, as the delisting of BSV caused these holders to miss out on growth opportunities.
The defendants argue that BSV investors could have sold their BSV tokens in 2019 and purchased another cryptocurrency, and therefore should not be compensated, as they could have taken reasonable steps to avoid the "loss."
The defendants also stated that BSV token holders were not locked in, so they could sell at any time and buy other cryptocurrencies. The case will last for three days.
