ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, OpenAI has established a committee led by Sam Altman to assess the safety and safeguards of its artificial intelligence models. This governance change comes weeks after the resignation of executives responsible for the field and the dissolution of the company's internal team.
The new committee will spend 90 days evaluating the safeguards of OpenAI's technology and then submit a report. After a review by the full board, OpenAI will publicly share the adopted recommendations in a manner that meets safety and safeguard standards.
