ChainCatcher news, according to a recent survey by Preply, up to three-fifths (60%) of cryptocurrency investors in the United States do not understand blockchain technology. The research found that while 41% of respondents expressed interest in learning about cryptocurrency, the proportion of Generation Z willing to learn is the smallest. The report also noted that American residents who invest in NFTs may also invest in cryptocurrency. The study further discovered that different generations have varying levels of interest in digital assets beyond cryptocurrency. For example, 12% of surveyed millennials reported having invested in NFTs, while only 4% of baby boomers did.

The report indicates that American residents who invest in NFTs are also inclined to invest in cryptocurrency, suggesting that this may be a first step in exploring other digital assets.
