The number of newly launched cryptocurrency ETFs in the first three months of this year is three times that of the first quarter of 2023

According to Crypto Fund Research, 25 new venture capital and hedge funds were established in the first three months of this year, the highest number since the second quarter of 2021. This is double the number of funds that closed during the same period and nearly three times the 9 funds that emerged in the first quarter of 2023. Last year, after the asset class struggled in a bear market, the number of newly established crypto funds barely exceeded the number of funds that closed.
