The advertisement showcases a supermarket checkout where shoppers attempt to pay with three different crypto assets: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.

In the ad, the person trying to pay with Bitcoin is informed by the cashier that he must wait because the transaction takes 27 minutes. The Ethereum payer is told that the transaction will incur a fee of $112, while the shopper choosing Solana is unable to pay because the transaction keeps failing. Using Algorand to process the customer checkout queue results in "instant completion, low fees."

The ad has garnered over 700,000 views on X, with one commenter stating: "Algorand runs at 21 TPS, unable to fund its main explorers, yet has spent over $100,000 on advertising. This is not the way to do things."
