ChainCatcher news, a Nigerian court has postponed the tax evasion case against Binance executives until next month. On Wednesday, authorities failed to bring Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan, who is charged in the case, to court, resulting in the delay. Neither Nigerian authorities nor Binance have provided an explanation for Tigran Gambaryan's absence.

Tax authority lawyer Moses Ideho stated that Gambaryan is expected to be taken to court by the Nigerian Prison Service. Judge Emeka Nwite has set June 14 as the date for a possible hearing regarding Binance and Gambaryan.
