ChainCatcher news, Bitcoin ecosystem project ALEX stated that it is working closely with legal advisors and local law enforcement to help recover the ALEX community assets stolen by the attackers. Besides the 13.8 million STX in the frozen accounts of various CEXs and the attackers' on-chain wallets, all other tokens are safe.

ALEX is formulating a treasury grant program to support users whose assets were stolen by the attackers and have not yet been recovered, with the eligibility requirements for the program to be announced soon. The preliminary framework for the treasury grant program is as follows: out of approximately 4,000 wallets affected by the vulnerability, ALEX intends to return verified LP positions to about 3,200 wallets (approximately 80% of the total affected users). Users who do not meet the above qualifications may still be eligible for a second tier of qualifications.

Previous news, Alex Labs stated that the attackers seem to refuse to negotiate, and information on compensation measures will be announced soon.
