ChainCatcher news, March Cheng, managing partner of Bizantine Capital, stated in an interview that the market has digested the rejection of the first batch of Ethereum ETFs and is optimistic about approvals for next year.

He stated: "We have reason to believe that the report will include a glimmer of hope for delays, which should indicate that Ethereum will ultimately be approved next year. Removing the surveillance sharing requirement for applicants and reclassifying the underlying Ethereum as a commodity supported by the CFTC could pave an important path for the future."
