You may wonder why developers and investors are so fervently interested in the concept of modular blockchains, particularly the data availability (DA) layer. The reason is simple: we still have a long way to go before achieving widespread adoption of blockchain, and scalability is a significant challenge. Upon closer inspection, we find that the limitations in scalability primarily stem from the monolithic structure of traditional blockchains. In response, the development of modular blockchains is seen as a promising strategy to address these scalability challenges.

Advantages of Modular Blockchains:

1. Scalability: Unlike monolithic blockchains that handle all transactions on a single layer, modular blockchains allow specific modules to be updated or modified as needed, enhancing network scalability.

I have known Michael and Ada for nearly a decade. I have watched them navigate the Web2 industry, facing numerous challenges and solving many real-world problems.
