Silent Protocol launches modular L1.5 Ghost Layer on Ethereum

ChainCatcher news, reported by Chainwire, the scalable privacy layer Silent Protocol has launched a modular L1.5 Ghost Layer on Ethereum. This solution aims to provide compliant privacy enhancements for public blockchains, suitable for both retail and institutional applications.

Silent states that the Ghost Layer utilizes a zero-knowledge (ZK) based system and its proprietary 0VM technology. The implementation of 0VM technology allows the Ghost Layer to advance the system state while verifying updates and leveraging the underlying ledger for state validation through zk-SNARKs.
