The U.S. SEC has postponed its decision on the Invesco Galaxy Ethereum spot ETF
ChainCatcher news, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) stated in a document released on Monday that it will postpone its decision on the Invesco Galaxy Ethereum Spot ETF until July 5, 2024.
The SEC stated: "The Commission believes that it is appropriate to designate a longer period to issue an order approving or disapproving the proposed rule change in order to have sufficient time to consider the proposed rule change and the questions raised therein."
It is reported that in recent weeks, the SEC has delayed decisions on the Ethereum Spot ETFs from Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, VanEck, and BlackRock.
