RWA tokenization platform Securitize completes $47 million strategic financing, led by BlackRock

ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, the RWA tokenization platform Securitize has completed a $47 million strategic financing round, led by BlackRock, with participation from Hamilton Lane, ParaFi Capital, Tradeweb Markets, Aptos Labs, Circle, and Paxos. The funds from this round will be used to accelerate product development and further strengthen its partnerships within the financial services ecosystem.

As part of the investment, Joseph Chalom, Global Head of Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships at BlackRock, has been appointed to the board of Securitize.
