ChainCatcher news, IntoTheBlock analyst Slim Daddy stated that on April 27, the average transaction fee for ETH fell below $2.6 per transaction.
According to data from IntoTheBlock, the last time we saw such a drop in fees was in October 2023, when it went as low as $1.78.
The decrease in average transaction fees typically indicates that the blockchain network is becoming more efficient at processing transactions, and network congestion is decreasing.
