Data: Amaranth Foundation founder increases holdings by 10 million USD in ETH again
ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, Amaranth Foundation founder James Fickel has once again spent 10 million USDC to buy 3,042.8 ETH at an average price of $3,286. He has also borrowed 20 WBTC from Aave, and it is expected that he will continue to sell the borrowed WBTC for ETH to go long on the ETH/BTC exchange rate.
It is reported that from the beginning of this year until now, he has borrowed a total of 2,301 WBTC (approximately $145 million) from Aave and then sold it for 41,944 ETH. The cost of the ETH/BTC exchange rate is about 0.055. Since yesterday, the ETH/BTC exchange rate has rebounded from 0.049 to 0.052.
