Changpeng Zhao stated, "There is no reason not to establish necessary compliance controls at Binance, and I assure you this will be my only encounter with the criminal justice system." Looking ahead, he hopes to support biotechnology startups and young people. In addition to Zhao's letter, there are 161 letters of plea from family, friends, and others.
