Zetrix, MYEG and MaiCapital sign a memorandum of understanding to launch a virtual asset ETF in Hong Kong
ChainCatcher news, Layer1 public blockchain platform Zetrix Foundation and digital services company MY E.G. Services Berhad (MYEG) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with licensed virtual asset management company MaiCapital based in Hong Kong, planning to jointly launch a virtual asset fund or a Hong Kong virtual asset ETF product.
The memorandum of understanding focuses on the collaborative issuance of an ETF approved by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), which will include a basket of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Zetrix, as well as other potentially suitable cryptocurrencies.
