Franklin Bitcoin ETF plans to apply for a modification of the cash subscription deadline
ChainCatcher news, Cboe BZX Exchange has submitted a proposal to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to modify the previously approved listing of the Franklin Bitcoin ETF.
Specifically, the cutoff time for cash creation basket orders will be changed from 3 PM Eastern Time to 2 PM, the regular trading close time of the exchange, or another time determined by the sponsor. This change aims to provide greater flexibility for fund sponsors in determining the cutoff time for creations.
