ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the Web3 Foundation (W3F) behind the Polkadot ecosystem has announced a prize pool worth 10 million DOT (approximately 74.5 million USD) aimed at "promoting the diversity of JAM protocol development."

It is reported that the JAM protocol combines elements of both Polkadot and Ethereum, and W3F is seeking developers through the JAM implementer grant to diversify and strengthen the network's resilience. JAM stands for "Join-Accumulate Machine," providing a global singleton permissionless object environment, similar to the smart contract environment pioneered by Ethereum.
