Image On April 8, Hong Kong time, the world's first summit focusing on the cutting-edge development and technology discussion of Bitcoin Layer 2 - "Bitcoin Layer 2 Conference Hong Kong 2024 - East & West" successfully concluded at the Hong Kong Science Park's Ko Kwan Conference Center.

This pioneering offline event aimed to build a communication bridge between global core builders and emerging forces in the Bitcoin ecosystem through the "East & West Dialogue" format. As one of the key thematic summits of the "2024 Hong Kong Web3 Carnival," this summit invited over 60 innovative thinkers from the East and West Bitcoin ecosystem to participate; it also attracted 600+ developers and enthusiasts focused on Bitcoin Layer 2, as well as over 100 capital parties, project parties, security institutions, technical communities, media, and surrounding resources from around the world. The summit was initiated by the Bitcoin ecosystem security research institution BTC Security Lab, with the first fully decentralized EVM-compatible Bitcoin Layer 2 network BEVM as the title sponsor.
