Exclusive: Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Ltd. has been included in the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission's list of virtual asset management companies

ChainCatcher exclusive news, according to the list published on the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) official website, the list of virtual asset management fund companies has added Bosera Funds (International) Co., Ltd., which indicates that the fund has added virtual asset management business on top of its existing traditional asset management business.

Previous report, on April 15, Bosera Funds' official WeChat account announced that the Hong Kong SFC conditionally approved the Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETF jointly issued and managed by HashKey Capital and Bosera Funds, but the article was subsequently deleted by the publisher. On the day the news was announced, Bosera Funds did not appear in the virtual asset management fund list updated by the Hong Kong SFC on April 12. Therefore, some believe that since Bosera Funds does not have an independent licensed Responsible Officer (RO) to meet the requirements of the virtual asset industry, it collaborates with the compliant asset management institution HashKey Capital in Hong Kong.
