A fraud gang that once stole tens of millions of dollars has launched a new project, Leaper Finance, on Blast
ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain analyst ZachXBT's monitoring, a scam gang that has stolen tens of millions of dollars using projects like Magnate, Kokomo, Lendora, and Solfire has deployed a new project called Leaper Finance on Blast.
Last week, this scam gang provided funding to an address on Blast with about 1 million dollars laundered from previous rugs and began offering liquidity to lure users in. Over the past period, the scam team increased its TVL to over a million dollars, then stole all user funds deposited into the protocol and forged KYC documents using low-tier auditing firms.
Currently, the scam gang has initiated scams on platforms such as Base, Solana, Scroll, Optimism, Arbitrum, Ethereum, and Avalanche.
