ChainCatcher news, according to Yonhap News Agency, the Montenegrin court has once again approved the extradition of Do Kwon, with the decision on extradition to be made by Justice Minister Andrija Milović. Andrija Milović has repeatedly expressed a desire to extradite Do Kwon to the United States, thus increasing the likelihood of Do Kwon being extradited to the U.S.

Marija Rakovic, the public relations officer of the High Court in Podgorica, stated that the High Court of Montenegro in Podgorica made the decision to agree to the extradition of Do Kwon on Tuesday, noting that the legal requirements for extraditing him to both South Korea and the United States have been met.

Previously, the local Supreme Court rejected the decision to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea and restarted the extradition process.
