ChainCatcher news, according to local media reports, Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan has filed a lawsuit against the National Security Agency on March 28, alleging that his fundamental human rights have been violated, and is seeking five main remedies from the court. Previously, the Nigerian government arrested and detained two Binance executives.

With the representation of his lawyers Aluko and Oyebode, he is seeking relief from the Federal High Court located in the capital. His lawyers argue that the seizure of his international passport violates the constitution and infringes on his personal freedom. Gambaryan urges the court to return his passport and to release him immediately after more than three weeks. Additionally, he requests the court to issue an injunction prohibiting his detention in similar investigations in the future and demands a public apology from the National Security Agency and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
