ChainCatcher news, Solana's real estate market Parcl announced that the third season of its points trilogy has entered the final stage, releasing detailed tokenomics to inform the community. Among them:

75 million PRCL (accounting for 7.5% of the total) will be allocated to Parcl point holders, with points still accumulating through Season 3, and the final snapshot has not yet been taken. Details of the allocation for early users will be announced next week. Notably, the official statement indicates that this is the first of many incentive distributions for participants in the Parcl protocol. As part of the Parcl permanent points program, points will continue to be valid in the future. The next distribution will take place in the second quarter of 2024.

5 million PRCL (accounting for 0.5% of the total) will be allocated to the core Parcl community, of which 4 million PRCL (accounting for 0.40% of the total) will be allocated to Homeowners Association (HOA) members. 1 million PRCL (accounting for 0.10% of the total) will be distributed to eligible Mad Lads series NFT holders.

Note: Mad Lads NFT holders need to ensure their holder role in the Parcl Discord, and verification details can be found in Discord.

Previously, Parcl announced the completion of a $4.1 million seed round financing in March 2022, led by Archetype, with participation from Dragonfly Capital, ParaFi, Shima Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Solana Ventures, and others. It subsequently announced the completion of a $7.5 million strategic financing in May of the same year.
