Polygon PoS has completed the Naples upgrade and will take down the Mumbai testnet
ChainCatcher news, Polygon PoS announced the Naples upgrade, aimed at improving performance and expanding capabilities, while also bidding farewell to the long-serving Mumbai testnet, which will go offline in April. As a replacement, the Amoy testnet has been launched, supporting a wider range. This upgrade introduces RIP-7212 support, improvements in parallel processing, and new opcodes related to the Ethereum Cancun upgrade, further enhancing network performance and developer experience.
