Data: A certain address consolidated 2,000 BTC mining rewards obtained in 2010 into one wallet, amounting to approximately 140 million USD
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, an unknown individual/entity received a mining reward of 2,000 bitcoins in 2010 and concentrated all the rewards in one wallet.
Developer mononautical stated on X that this address transferred 40 sets of mining rewards (50 bitcoins each) to one wallet in the early hours of March 27.
It is reported that when these blocks were mined by this unknown entity, the total value of its bitcoin rewards was around $600. Today, this amount of bitcoin is worth nearly $140 million.
