FTX's sale of Anthropic shares was mainly purchased by ATIC Third International Investment, Fidelity, Jane Street, and others
ChainCatcher news, according to court documents, cryptocurrency exchange FTX is selling two-thirds of its stake in the artificial intelligence company Anthropic for $884 million. Among them:
- The main buyer is ATIC Third International Investment, based in Abu Dhabi, which spent $500 million to purchase 16.6 million shares;
- Jane Street spent $100 million to acquire 3.3 million shares;
- A fund managed by Fidelity invested $50 million to buy 1.5 million shares.
