The Supreme Court of Montenegro will investigate the extradition case of Do Kwon
ChainCatcher news, the extradition process of Terra co-founder Do Kwon has been suspended due to legal objections raised by the Montenegrin prosecutor's office, and he will be investigated.
It is reported that Do Kwon has been detained in Montenegro since March 2023, and the Montenegrin authorities are weighing extradition requests from both South Korea and the United States, where he faces criminal charges.
Previously, after the collapse of Terraform Labs and the Terra ecosystem in May 2022, which resulted in a loss of $40 billion, Do Kwon was accused of being on the run for months.
