Backpack appoints former Stripe and Credit Suisse executive as Chief Financial Officer
According to ChainCatcher news, as reported by CoinDesk, the cryptocurrency trading platform Backpack, founded by former FTX and Alameda executives, has appointed Oliver Sleafer as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Oliver Sleafer joined Backpack last October as the head of finance.
Two years ago, he served as the Head of Liquidity Management for the Asia-Pacific region at payment company Stripe, and prior to that, he held the same position at Swiss banking giant Credit Suisse for five years.
