South Korea's extradition request for Do Kwon was rejected by a Montenegrin court
ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, the Montenegrin Court of Appeals has rejected the request by Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon to overturn the ruling that approved his extradition to South Korea. Do Kwon's lawyer Goran Rodic stated that the extradition is now final (to the U.S.), and neither the U.S. nor Kwon can appeal this decision further. He added that there is currently no timeline for when he will be extradited. A spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Justice did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
