Creating the Tomorrow Star of Web3 Games: The First ICC Camp Offline Course in Singapore Successfully Concluded
From March 13 to March 16, the first phase of the offline course of the industry-renowned Web3 game accelerator - ICC Camp was successfully completed in Singapore. In this course, ICC Camp invited elite mentors from major institutions in the Web3 industry and gaming sector. 31 participating students gathered in the Lion City for a four-day Web3 game acceleration course and study tour.

Currently, the development of Web3 games is not only a focus of Web3 native practitioners but also attracts many traditional game entrepreneurs.
As an accelerator focused on the Web3 gaming industry, ICC Camp has attracted entrepreneurs from around the world who are passionate about Web3 games. After rigorous selection and interviews, 31 projects stood out and were selected for the first phase of ICC Camp. During the four-day offline course, students not only learned about the latest industry information and received one-on-one professional guidance from mentors but also had the opportunity to visit well-known Web3 institutions in Singapore, meeting with Web3 leaders to share entrepreneurial experiences and insights in Web3 gaming. The professional entrepreneurial courses and patient mentor guidance opened the door to entrepreneurial success for ICC Camp's students.

ICC Camp has carefully planned a course system that combines theory and practice, as well as outlook and implementation.
In terms of industry outlook, Mentor Jade Zhang, founder of MixMarvel, presented "The Next Explosive Point of Blockchain Games," which compared the core elements of blockchain game design with traditional game design, leading students to think deeply about the potential explosive points of blockchain games; Mentor Simon Li, founder of Chain Capital and Vice Executive President of ABGA, introduced "Web3 Entrepreneurship and Pitfall Avoidance Guide," discussing the development trends of the Web3 industry and various challenges of Web3 entrepreneurship, helping the startup teams present to avoid risks; Mentor Kevin Shao, co-founder of Bitrise Capital and Executive President of ABGA, provided an in-depth analysis of the current state and future development trends of the Web3 gaming market in "Analysis of Web3 Game Market and Development Trends," helping students better understand industry dynamics; Mentor Ben He, founder and CEO of imToken, led students to explore the global market landscape of Web3 games in "Sharing of Web3 Company Overseas Experience," highlighting the importance and challenges of international market expansion.
In terms of practical implementation, Mentor Nicole Zhang, partner at Lingfeng Innovation Fund, presented "Design of Web3 Economic Models," which deeply analyzed the principles and practical methods of designing Web3 economic models, systematically discussing the building blocks of Web3 economic models, including incentive mechanisms, token economics, governance models, etc., and exploring the applicability and pros and cons of different models in various scenarios; Mentor Julie Luo from GSR introduced "Introduction to Cryptocurrency Market Making," explaining market-making strategies and techniques in the cryptocurrency market; Mentor Blue from SlowMist presented "Web3 Risks and Security," which delved into various security risks faced by the Web3 industry and proposed effective measures to protect user data and assets; Mentor Du Jun, co-founder of ABCDE, discussed "The Art of Marketing," focusing on market positioning, value propositions, advertising marketing, positioning strategies, brand public relations, and crisis public relations, especially emphasizing future marketing strategies for Web3 games.
Additionally, two mentors from Google Cloud Singapore, Eefy Lin and Blues Lin, brought the topic "Web3 Games in the Cloud," exploring the infinite possibilities of integrating cloud technology with Web3 games from the perspective of cloud computing.

On the last day of the course, ICC Camp arranged one-on-one in-depth communication between mentors and students, and project roadshows were held at Google Cloud's Asia-Pacific headquarters. During this process, mentors attentively listened to students' project plans and concerns, providing targeted professional guidance based on the characteristics and progress of their respective group projects, formulating tailored acceleration plans for students. This was not only a transfer of knowledge and information but also a collision of ideas, an exchange of experiences, and a transfer of resources, allowing every student to feel the dedication of ICC Camp and the mentors.

ICC Camp also carefully designed post-class networking events and group meetings between mentors and students. At the Web3 Gaming dinner sponsored by MixMarvel and Yeeha, as well as the investment and financing cocktail party sponsored by Tezos, students, mentors, and industry experts engaged in discussions, shared entrepreneurial insights, expanded networking resources, and promoted deeper industry cooperation.
