The United States requires Zhao Changpeng to hand over his passport to a third-party custodian
According to ChainCatcher news, legal documents show that the bail conditions for former Binance CEO Zhao Changpeng have been modified. The U.S. requires Zhao Changpeng to surrender all passports (whether valid or expired) to a third-party custodian, who must accompany him whenever he goes to any place that requires identification.
Additionally, the document states that Zhao Changpeng "shall not apply for or obtain a new passport or travel document from any country without court permission." A third party holding the former Binance executive's passport can only return it to him under pretrial services or with court permission.
