ChainCatcher 消息，据 Business Insider 报道，特殊目的收购上市公司 Arisz Acquisition Corp.(纳斯达克代码:ARIZ)宣布完成与加密货币挖矿服务公司比特富富（BitFuFu）的业务合并。业务合并后的上市公司为 BitFuFu Inc.，其 A 类普通股和认股权证预计将于 2024 年 3 月 1 日开始在纳斯达克股票市场交易，股票代码为 "FUFU "和 "FUFUW"。
