美司法部任命 Unabomber 案检查官主导针对 FTX 及其律师的新调查
ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，美司法部破产部门任命“大学航空炸弹客”（Unabomber）案件的检察官 Robert J. Cleary 对 FTX 及其破产律师事务所展开新的外部调查。
根据法庭文件，Cleary 被要求审查涉及 FTX 破产律所 Sullivan & Cromwell 的潜在利益冲突。他还被要求审查 FTX 新管理团队、债权人和政府监管机构过去进行的调查，以及 FTX 的其他员工是否在 2022 年 11 月公司倒闭之前参与了欺诈活动。
据悉，Cleary 的任命和调查必须得到法官 John Dorsey 的批准。
