OP Labs: 4844 and Ecotone upgrade will go live on March 14

ChainCatcher message, OP Labs officially stated that 4844 will go live on OP Chains in sync with the Ecotone upgrade on March 14 at 00:00:01 UTC, provided that the upgrade proposal is approved by Optimism. Node operators need to take measures to prepare for the upgrade. Once the basic Ecotone configuration is set up, nodes will need to configure the new Beacon endpoint. This is because shortly after Ecotone is activated, batch transactions will be sent as 4844 blobs, and the blobs can only be retrieved from the Beacon node.
