ChainCatcher news, according to the latest submission of a 19b-4 form by the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), represents that financial services company Franklin Templeton has applied to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its Ethereum spot ETF. Previously, Franklin Templeton submitted its S-1 application to the SEC last Monday.
